For course policies and management procedures, please refer to the fall syllabus. They have been designed to insure that classes are conducted efficiently, and that everyone derives maximum benefit from the course. There will, therefore, be no exceptions made to any of the policies.
The weekly schedule, however, is subject to change if such changes will contribute to the overall quality of the course. Should it happens, the instructor will announce the changes in class.
As last semester, most of the reading materials will be collected in a packet. Please note that these articles should not be considered writing models or “the” “right” views. Exemplifying both “good” and “not so good” rhetorical strategies, they are included primarily for the purpose of examination and discussion. Hopefully, you’ll find them both helpful and enjoyable.
